EXPORT Scott Andrus started making bamboo-core skis in a garage when he was a student at Puget Sound in Tacoma. “It was a hobby project,” he says. “I think we made about 50 pairs there.” Last December, ON3P Skis moved into an 8,400-square-foot factory in Northeast, after outgrowing its first Portland space.
