Janet Fletcher's Cheese and Beer

Two of Portland's favorite things combine in this sweet little book about pairing artisan cheese and craft beer. Cheese authority Janet Fletcher (the San Francisco Chronicle's weekly cheese columnist) will share tips for perfectly pairing a wide variety of cheeses with everything from IPAs to Trappist ales, suggestions for storing and serving cheese, and her favorite domestic and imported breweries. 

Shauna Ahern's Gluten-Free Every Day
