In support of environmental education programs for Tryon Creek State Natural Area, Oregon's only urban state park, the Friends of Tryon Creek have organized a fundraising gala event. Celebrate with Friends and toast to likeminded individuals' passion for nature. Author Brian Doyle serves as the guest speaker. As well, the Friends will be awarding its first annual John Gray Award for environmental education. A live auction willl feature a wide range of prizes—vacation packages, original artwork, theater tickets, merchandise from Columbia Sportswear, Patagonia, and more!
