Lillian Hellman's "The Children's Hour" is coming to the Mago Hunt Center Theater on University of Portland's campus on Feb. 29 and March 1-4.
"The Children's Hour" is a play that explores the whirlwind of public controversy and speculation. Set in the 1930s, the girls at the Dobie Wright School are happy until a new student, Mary, creates trouble for her teachers and peers. When Mary responds belligerently toward her teachers, the worlds of all involved are thrust into the spotlight.
Tickets are available beginning Feb. 20 from the Mago Hunt box office. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.
