Each year more than 5,000 walkers and volunteers assemble at Pioneer Courthouse Square to tackle a fun 5k to raise money for the programs and services of Cascade AIDS Project. The annual 5k walk and rally will feature approximately 100 openly HIV-positive people, sporting red t-shirts reading "Screw Stigma", as the first team to depart Pioneer Square and lead the walk. Also this year there will be a special tent for those who are HIV-positive to socialize and gather with others in the community who are HIV-positive. Festivities begin at 9 AM with breakfast, entertainment and registration.
