Microphone is an independent Egyptian film about the underground art scene of Alexandria. The story follows young Khaled upon his return to the city of his youth, where he's devastated to find the people he once loved have either changed or are no longer available to him, but inspired to discover a thriving arts and culture scene into which he takes refuge.
