
Nostrana chef, Cathy Whims, brings the Northern Italian winter tradition of the
Maialata to the Northwest—a day spent preparing, and then eating, a huge pork feast. You're invited to learn about butchering and charcuterie, prepare pastas and sausages alongside top chefs, Jason French (Ned Ludd), Fred Carlo (Salumeria di Carlo) and John Taboada (Luce, Navarre), and enjoy artisanal cheeses and wine. Dinner will be served in the Montinore Estate wine cellar, where you'll be rewarded for all your hard work!
