The Heathman’s Holiday Tea is a cherished tradition for families around Portland. Kicking off the day after Thanksgiving, and lasting through January 8th, the celebration will include an assortment of nibbles to pair with a hot pot of tea, including goat cheese crostini, salmon profiteroles, the classic cucumber sandwiches, and Parisian opera cake for dessert. There’s even a menu for "little sippers", pairing hot cocoa with cheddar and swiss blocks and ants on a log. Tea reservation times are 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM, daily, and reservations are required.
