This is the third in a
series of five presentations by artist and cultural thinker Angie Keefer at the contemporary art center Yale Union. Her prior presentations/performances have been multi-media lectures, spanning a variety of mediums (audio recordings, film, and digital projections). The theme running through them all is Keefer’s interest in exploring the processes of perception, the ways we acquire language, and the ad-hoc way groups of people collectively construct meaning. This Friday she will focus on how humans achieve understanding, individually and collectively.
