NE 28th: New cocktail bar Cardinal Club has opened next door to Navarre, in the former Chin Yen space, serving housemade sausages, brisket and pork sandwiches, fried seafood, and a pared-down cocktail menu. SW 6th: The next guerrilla in the PDX bagel revolution has arrived: Kevin Lawler's Rescue Bagels food cart debuted on Monday, serving New York-style hand-rolled and boiled bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and house cream cheeses in a new cart pod at SW 6th and Columbia. West End: Ox bar manager Jamal Hassan is on the move. According to Eater PDX, Hassan will be debuting a new classic cocktail menu at John Gorham's the soon-to-debut Tast N Alder.
