NE Glisan: Ashley Ragsdale and Jessica Woods' bakery cart Pie Spot has relocated from the D-Street Noshery to outside the microrestaurant community the Ocean while the pair build out their new bakery/coffeeshop brick-and-mortar. SW 12th: Lisa Herlinger's Ruby Jewel ice cream is the only culinary finalist from Oregon in Martha Stewart's American Made contest.
