VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE AT HAPPY SPARROW
Portland’s obsession with coffee doesn’t wane in summer months—it just gets iced. For a variation on the cold brew, try a Vietnamese iced coffee made in a traditional press with dark-roasted Quang Cuong beans and sweetened condensed milk at this cheerful neighborhood nook. 3001 SE Belmont St
Not a fan of the Bingo BLT. It took 30 minutes and there was no bacon. Roasted pork does not a BLT make.
It must be the weather, but none of those sound good to me. I wish summer would arrive! Anxiously awaiting an excuse to wear some shorts.
They all look great to me. Ready to get started on enjoying the summer culinary season! We just need a little more sun and believe its on its way, or at least I am hoping.
B/F picnic — Thanks for the reminder. And the Vietnamese iced coffee looks worth the stop. Thanks for the tip (of the iceberg.)
