I found Natasha on Petfinder.com and fell head over heals instantly! I flew to Santa Barbra (from Portland) to get her. She loves to smile!

No, my puppy doesn’t know how to stick out her tongue on command. (Yet.) My husband just happened to snap this picture while she was in the early stages of a really big yawn.

Ellie
Ellie is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, a breed known for their strong will and persistence. In this photo, she’s giving me the stare-down as if saying “you WILL play tug with me.”

Gus
Just one heckuva great dog who never lays down on the job. Except at bedtime.

Dexter
We finally got an English Bull Terrier puppy AND a digital camera two years ago. We had Dexter only about two weeks when he mastered the two steps up to the landing of our deck. Of course, he had to be carried back down…

Ming the Merciless came to us via Pacific Pug Rescue and she’s a pit bull in a pug package. But beneath her “bark” is a pampered little princess. Just don’t tell anyone!

Anytime Lucy does not get the attention she wants, she looks for something that will get our attention. In this photo, she finds our cordless telephone. Needless to say, it’s a game to get it away from her……..mission accomplished, she got our attention.
