What: Spicy savory jam, kickass mustard, and Indian ketchup are just some of the products in this globally inspired condiment line forthcoming by Stock & Pantry. Paired with charcuterie, cheese, and wine, Stock & Pantry is raising funds to bring this line to full fruition with Kickstarter.

Bar Avignon Celebrates Oregon Terroir
What: Ring in Oregon Wine Month with a three-course family-style shellfish dinner featuring Netarts Bay shellfish and Jacobsen sea salt, plus a raw bar attended by Travis Oja from Nevor Shellfish, entrees including seawater-poached vegetables, and wines by Division Winemaking and Helioterra.

Sip-to-Give Wine Tasting with Maysara Winery
What: Weekly 5-wine tasting flight features Maysara Winery this week, with 5% of all sales going toward this month’s charity, The Oregon Zoo Foundation.

Ancient Brewing and Winemaking in China Lecture
What: Dr. Patrick E. McGovern, the Scientific Director of the Biomolecular Archaeology Project for Cuisine, Fermented Beverages, and Health, makes a rare appearance to speak about the most ancient alcoholic beverage in the world, recovered from a Neolithic tomb site in Jiahu, China, dating to 7000 B.C. Guests will also have the opportunity to taste the limited edition Dogfish Head brewery’s Chateau Jiahu beer, brewed under McGovern’s supervision.

Thali Supper Club’s Cuisine of Goa
What: Chef Leena Ezekiel hosts this monthly dining pop-up experience. This month, Thali Supper Club guests will experience the fair like atmosphere and cuisine of Goa, such as pork vindaloo, prawn balchao and bibinka. BYOB!

Restaurant Beck’s Water to Wilderness III Dinner
What: Chef Justin Wills, included in both last and this year’s Best Chefs America, will be preparing a seasonal six-course meal including hay smoked halibut crudo, black cod with wasabi leaf and asparagus, ling cod with morel mushrooms, and dried matsuke mushroom ice cream.

Naked Juice Day in the Park
What: Naked Juice and Z100 are hosting a day of live music and free fitness, including CorePower Yoga classes, Bubble Soccer, Tug of War, and other games with prize giveaways, plus samples of Naked Juice. There are activities for all ages.

Toro Brave Knife Fight Viewing Party
What: Chefs John Gorham and Kasey “Sugar Tits” Mills went head-to-head on Esquire Network’s Knife Fight, and they will be hosting the viewing party of the show’s world premiere with Dragonfruit Punch and charcuterie.

Dishcrawl’s Noshing in Nob Hill
What: Dishcrawl is hosting another food tour, and this time they’ll hit the pavement in Northwest Portland’s Nob Hill. Join them as they try 3 unique restaurants, the names of which they’re keeping secret until the night of the event. Get a taste for Northwest eateries, get the chance to chat with chefs and fellow food-enthusiasts, and explore Portland on foot during what promises to be a delicious adventure.
