Rock Out at Seattle's Hotel Max
The scoop on the ultra-hip Hotel Max's new Sub Pop Records floor.
In anticipation of iconic Sub Pop Record’s 25-year anniversary, Seattle's über-hip Hotel Max has teamed up with the independent music label to redesign the fifth floor of the hotel in celebration of the label’s contribution to the music world.
Stroll through a hallway lined with black and white photographs by grunge photographer Charles Peterson, and wake up to Dinosaur Jr. or be lulled to sleep by James Mercer of The Shins on the turntable and selection of records curated by Sub Pop provided in each room. The Hotel has even created its own TV station that exclusively plays a selection of new and classic Sub Pop music videos for the true enthusiast.
