SW 6th: The next guerrilla in the PDX bagel revolution has arrived: Kevin Lawler's Rescue Bagels food cart debuted on Monday, serving New York-style hand-rolled and boiled bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and house cream cheeses in a new cart pod at SW 6th and Columbia.
