Kristofor Lofgren's sustainable sushi hot spot gets a tip of the hat in O magazine's Makeover issue.
Portland's own Bamboo Sushi gets the profile treatment in the September "Makeover" issue's Great Transformations feature, highlighting Kristofor Lofgren's dedication to "guilt-free" seafood. Bamboo's charcuterie plate (featuring tuna blood sausage, house-smoked fish, and seafood paté) drew the attention of the feel-good magazine, as well as the option to order a whole shark on the menu...for adoption, that is.
