SE Division: Kelly Myers' buzzy upscale Mexican eatery Xico debuted a new Happy Hour service this week, offering $6 margaritas, $5 Sonoran hot dogs, $2 popsicles, and more at the bar from 5 to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. SW 12th: Lisa Herlinger's Ruby Jewel ice cream is the only culinary finalist from Oregon in Martha Stewart's American Made contest.
